📦 Shipping Policy

All orders ship with tracking. Once your package is marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS, any issues must be handled directly with them. Sometimes tracking updates early, so delivery may take 1–3 more business days.

đź’Ą If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing after delivery, file a claim with USPS: USPS Claims.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you choose not to pay for reshipping, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.

📬 Current shipping rates:
– USA: $5 flat rate, or free on orders $100+
– Canada: $21 flat rate, or free on orders $200+
We currently do not ship internationally beyond Canada.

Orders ship in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages, or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact amyplansthings@gmail.com for assistance.

đź’¸ Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, email amyplansthings@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number.

âś… Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved for return before being sent back.
📦 Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Please use tracked shipping.
⏳ Once received, we’ll process your return within 2–5 business days and email your store credit.

đź”§ Defective Items

Minor cosmetic damage from shipping (like bent sticker corners) is not covered—stickers will still be usable.

If an item arrives defective (not due to shipping), email us within 2 business days of delivery with a photo: amyplansthings@gmail.com
